Ours is a family story rooted in the land. Over the years, the work has evolved, from traditional farming to the production of increasingly distinctive wines, while a new generation helps shape the future of our winery.

Work in the vineyard continues all year round: pruning, caring for the rows, preparing for and awaiting the harvest. Each season requires attention, presence, and decisions. When harvest time comes, the grapes carry with them months of work and become the starting point for the wine that will eventually be bottled.

Our story spans several generations and is rooted in the work of our entire family among the hills of the Langhe. Pietro Rolfo founded the winery and, over the years, built the foundations on which the project we know today has grown. With his son Mauro, a graduate of the Enological School of Alba, alongside his sister Monica, the company took a new direction, beginning the path that we, Simone, Davide, and Paolo, the new generation, carry forward today. Having grown up among the vines, we continue the family journey with respect for the past and a look toward the future.
